Booking a flight with Hyer Jets is a streamlined and personalized process:

1. Initial Request: Once you submit your flight request, our team will promptly contact you to discuss your travel requirements.
2. Indicative Price: We will provide you with an indicative price for the flight based on your needs and preferences.
3. Budget Confirmation: If the indicative price aligns with your budget, we will proceed to obtain a confirmed price along with detailed quote information.
4. Contract & Invoice: After you approve the final quote, we will send you a contract to be signed digitally, along with the invoice.
5. Aircraft Reservation: Upon receiving the signed contract, we will reserve the aircraft for your trip.
6. Payment & Booking Confirmation: Once the payment is received, your flight is fully booked, and you can look forward to a seamless and luxurious travel experience.

Please note that for new clients, last-minute bookings are not available due to the need for additional processing time and verification. We recommend booking in advance to ensure that your flight can be accommodated without delays, at least three business days.
